We can execute projects ranging from one banner to manufacturing a vast array of signage. We have worked hand-in-hand with Event Planners and Advertising Agencies helping them from the planning stages of a project to the final stages of a campaign roll out.

All of our jobs have NO set-up charges, based on the customer providing us with artwork. We'll need high resolution files, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark etc. We do have our own Art Department that can create, layout and compose artwork at a very competetive rate if this service is needed.

Specific Capabilities:

Artwork - Our company policy is to pre-view your files as soon as we can prior to printing. This added service will help to insure that your file meets our printing requirements early enough to allow you time to get us artwork to our specifications so your project will meet deadline. Our art department can also take your ideas from sketches to finished product. Proofs can be provided for your final approval before printing starts.

Digital Department - Digital printing is the term used when full color images are reproduced directly from computer made files - meaning there is no intermediate expense of creating film and/or printing plates. Digital printing is an excellent choice for smaller to medium quantity jobs or jobs requiring a high resolution of photographic quality. Real Images has equipment that can print graphics up to 16’ in one piece. We can print from 300 dpi up to photo-quality.

Screen Printing - Screen printing can be an excellent alternative to digital printing for higher quantities. Good for 100 to 10,000+, our screen printing capabilities allows us to run up to a 75 lpi, high quality, 4 color process printing on almost anything flat up to 1” thick. We have access to hand table machines, semi-automatic presses up to a 74” x 144” automatic five color in-line press.

Finishings & Fabrications - Most graphics/signs need to be ‘finished’ somehow. Your job will most likely require laminating, mounting, hemming, grommeting, gluing, trimming, cutting, routing, drilling or welding. Most of our finishings will be included in your pricing, unless otherwise noted by your sales representative.

Shipping Department - We can handle any of your packaging needs from a simple brown paper wrap to a custom built wooden crate. Small collating jobs can also be handled in-house. For medium to large fulfillment and packaging jobs we work hand-in-hand with an established packaging company. We can ship or deliver your sign(s).
